How long is the delivery time to the pick-up point?
Your order will be delivered at the pick-up point of your choice within 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch
How do I know when my order is ready for collection?
Once your order has reached the designated collection point, you will receive a notification informing you that your parcel is ready for pickup.
How much time do I have for collecting the parcel?
You will have a period of 7 calendar days to collect your parcel before it gets sent back to us.
Can I pay for my order directly at the pick-up point?
No, it is not possible to pay your order during collection at the pick-up point. You can pay your order on-line before dispatch with credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna
Is it possible to make a return through a pick-up point?
No, it is not possible to return your order via pick-up point. To learn more, please read our Returns policy.
What do I need to collect my parcel at the pick-up point?
Simply bring with you the PIN code, that you will receive in the SMS or via e-mail. If you are experiencing any problem collecting your parcel, contact us.
