Return of goods within 30 days
If you are a Lentiamo customer, you always have the right to return the goods within 30 days from the date of purchase, although the law indicates a shorter period, i.e. 14 days.
You can return contact lenses and glasses without having to give any reasons.

Easy returns
After you submit your request through the form, our Customer Service will contact you to provide you with further instructions, such as the return address.
To initiate the refund process, kindly send the products back to us as soon as possible. Please ensure they are properly packaged, avoiding the use of regular envelopes to prevent any damage during transit. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the mistake was caused by us.
Should your request meet the policy, we will refund you, create a credit on your Lentiamo account or exchange the goods within 14 days of your order return arriving at our warehouse.
The returns are accepted only after receiving a photo confirmation, that the products are not damaged or unsealed.
Which products cannot be returned?
In the event of withdrawal (i.e. except in the case of a return on grounds of a quality complaint) products may be returned correctly packaged in their original packaging, undamaged or unsullied, complete with all accessories, if any. Contact lenses may only be returned if the packaging is undamaged, sealed and presents no handwritten markings on the packaging.
